Jesmond Saliba is a communications strategist and public affairs adviser with more than three decades of experience in corporate communications, media relations, public policy, EU affairs and stakeholder engagement. As founder of ThinkPeople Nexus, he helps leaders gain clarity before they act and connects people, capabilities and technology around a clear strategic course. His work covers positioning, reputation and complex stakeholder environments. With unanimous support from Parliament’s Public Appointments Committee, he serves as Malta’s Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations, an independent public role that is separate from his advisory work. He holds an MSc in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Robert Gordon University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
